In this day in age I have yet to meet a person who hasn’t seen a movie. There are hundreds, even thousands of movies released every year. Some are okay, but there are a few movies every year that are fantastic.
Those movies are great for multiple reasons. There is so much depth in movies, and yet most of it goes unnoticed. This is true across the vast majority of time since film has been released.
Even today, people watching movies from decades ago are finding new things about the film they did not see before. It could be anything from a theme, to a way a character develops, and to many more possibilities. This goes to show that the standard movie goer can appreciate films in a better light if they just look a little deeper.
